Pricing

Work is done on a time plus materials basis with a one hour minimum. 

Each additional hour is billed in 15 minute increments.

Depending on the size of the job, some jobs may require an advance

or half down payment and balance due upon completion of the job.

For longer jobs a payment on the 15th and the end of the

month may be required.

All materials supplied by Exclusively Wood that are over the amount of $100

 must be paid for at the time of starting  the job.

  If any materials are picked up by Exclusively Wood there may be a

 mileage and a time charge for purchasing and delivery to job site.

  A mark-up fee of 20% may be added to materials supplied by Exclusively Wood.

All billings are due upon receipt.

A 1% or a one dollar minimum late fee will be added each month on outstanding balances.

Materials may be supplied by the customer, therefore creating

 a substantial savings. 

*Offering do-it-yourself help*

You may also save a lot of money by helping along with the job.

  Depending on your abilities and the job, I do allow for the customer

to help along and save on time which will save on the job cost.

  Self help is not available with a lot of other contractors. 

Only the actual home owner or Sub Contractors are allowed to help along due to liability.

A Rate of

38.00 per hour and 9.50 per quarter hour.

Due to the increasing price of gas:

Mileage from the Benson City Limits ,to and from the jobsite, is 30 cents

 per mile. 

 Inside city limits will be no mileage charge.
